Group: 14-16 players
Playing zone: circle
Procedure:
Divide the players into three teams, each wearing bibs.
One team attacks, one defends, one rests behind the backline.
Play always starts with a penalty corner to the attacking side. Three defenders start in the goal, the others start on the 1/3 pitch line.
Reset + rotate teams whenever a goal is scored or when the ball goes out of the circle. Attacking team > defend, defending team > rest, resting team > attack.
Variations:
This activity practices penalty corners. It is designed for U13 players.
Safety:
Light ball, pushes only, no hitting or slapping, shots below shin level, wear masks.
