What is considered the best age for children to start playing modified games of hockey?
I am looking for the basic skill points for children when pmoving and receiving the ball for a brief 15 minute session which includes a conditioned game in the 15 mins.
Hello Everyone! I coach at many schools and a reoccouring problem is that there are always 2/3 players that are too good for the rest of the team. I can't keep giving special conditions to the these children to make it fair (E.g. they have to play in defence) or they will feel I am picking on them. Any ideas? Robert

Giving my age away there, but we are a rapidly growing club with an influx of Junior players threatening to overwhelm us. What a fantastic tool. The Chalkboard and session tools make an unbelievable difference in making training plans in both time and organization. I will be instructing all of my assistant coaches that this tool must be used for all sessions during the season, so that we may build a club coaching resource library.
