DESCRIPTION

Rebound blocks on flat return side.

Player shouyld hit the ball hard and receive the ball back and hit again.

Carefull that the player is at the appropriate distance away from the Blocks for the relevant pass. i.e. far away when hitting and closer when pushing.

No matter where you are on the pitch, if you feel that you cannot continue to apply pressure towards the goal Then start to play away from defender, and play the ball to your supporting player; this player then has the choice to:

1.Change the point of attack by passing the ball across the pitch, or
2.Pass the ball to the original player.

Overload situations

Pass and receive static wall:

Split your group in half. The white team each has a ball. The blue team position themselves evenly around the coned area and remain static.

The white players make a pass to one of the static players but are not allowed to receive the ball from the same player so they must move around the grid to find a new ball.

On receiving a different ball, they then carry the ball and look for a new player to make the next pass to

Passing & Receiving

Switch:

2 Players with one ball. Player on right runs with the ball across to the other side. The other player also runs across but crossing behind the player with the ball. At the point of their paths crossing, player with the ball passes the ball reverse stick to the other player. They both continue their runs.
