
2 players start staggered at white cones. Yellow player picks up the ball and both run forward. He passes to grey player at the blue cone. Both players run around the red cones and the grey player passes back to the yellow player at the green cone. Yellow player then grounds the ball ready for next player to restart the drill.
Must pass backwards. Must hold position behind ball carier. Start at a jog - gradually increase speed. Coach can add gentle pressure on the pass. Can progress to L-shape drill.
