Team 1 attacks with the ball. Team 2 defends. The coach stands in back play with 2 extra rugby balls. When Team 1 makes a mistake, they leave the ball and Team 2 is thrown a ball to attack with. If a team scores, they run around their designated cone (Can also be a cone that the coach calls on the spur of the moment) and set up a defensive line.
Good for fitness, defensive play and turn-over attack.
