This is an obvious thing to do but a lot of players don't do it. When your defending and one of the attackers is runing straight at you the best thing to do is double team him one goes high the other goes low and most of the time this will genarate an easy turn over.
To make it even more effective get another player to chop tackle the runner as shown by number 6 blue then the other two players can just jackal the ball for an even easier turnover.
