This drill improves the playerâs reaction time. The drill starts with all the players lined up behind a cone in the centre, the player at the front of the line is jogging on the spot. When the coach either says left or right and or signals left or right the player has to as quick as they can go in and out the cones that he was signalled to go to. After the player has gone through the cones as fast as they can they then walk back to the back of the line. this drill can be used for most sports.
