4 players share a ball, 2 pairs 10 yards apart. Aim is to hit the ball quickly to other pair. 1 player taps or pushes the ball gently to her partner, who either hits a sharp shot first time, or controls with 1st touch and hits with the 2nd touch. Continue for 5 min, then explain how to hit a quick shot; hands together, no big backswing, all in the wrists. Weight forward, backward, doesn`t matter - try both, but the ball must go immediately. 5 min.
