Gary Key Coach, England

DESCRIPTION

Procedure: All stand in a circle. One person is selected to be “It.” “It” dribbles around the circle, tapping each player on the shoulder and saying “duck” on each tap. “It” chooses 1 child to be a Goose by saying “goose” when tapping their shoulder. The Goose then chases “It” around the circle. “It” tries to dribble all around the circle and back to the Goose’s place before being caught by the Goose. If "It" is caught (by being tapped on the shoulder): “It” stands inside the circle, and can only be freed when another child is caught and they can then swap out. If “It” is not caught and manages to sit in the Goose’s spot, the goose becomes the new “It.” Variations: The Goose can run but "It" must dribble. "It" can run but the Goose must dribble. The Goose catches "It" by tackling the ball off them.
