Cones will be set out in the shape of a half circle at two sides. Balls will be divided equally to each side. Players will line up with their backs facing the goal. Upon the coaches whistle, AttackerA with the ball and Defender A will sprint around the cones. Once around the Cones the players will enter in a 1v1 battle. Attacker A`s objective who has the ball is to beat the Defender through a elimination skill, change of speed or change of direction. If Attacker A beats the Defender, he has a shot on goal. If the defender steals the ball from the Attacker, he clears the ball out of danger and the round is finished. This continues, and the two sides take turns going.
