(approx 10m apart) Attempt to pass to each other with a controlled push pass. Stopping and passing to each other Ball is to be in line with the back foot Transfer your weight from the back foot onto the front foot Knees should be bent Right hand low on the hockey shaft (Stick) Left hand high Push and follow the ball through the line towards your partner general body position is low B - Demonstrating, how to push pass the ball in hockey, from Player to player.
