Setup Group of 6-9 players. Split into 3 teams of 2-3. Playing area with two end-zones and a no-go zone in middle. 2 attacking teams, 1 defending team. 1 attacking team at each end of playing zone. 1 or 2 defenders in each end zone. Procedure: Attacking teams try to pass back and forth across the no-go zone to other attacking team. Each player on team must touch ball before it's passed across the no-go zone. Defenders try to intercept passes. Every successful interception is 1pt to defending team. Count up number of successful passes vs interceptions. [3] min round, then switch defending team. Variations: Higher intensity: Ball must be passed out of each zone within 10s. Note: No-go zone should be at least 8m deep. The less experienced the young players are, the larger the playing area should be.
