A series of passes and leads which begin at the double beacon and end with a shot at goal.
Receiving: - Encourage that each receive be favourable in the sense that the player is able to reposition themselves or the ball to accomodate for the pass and/or shot at goal. Passing: - Encourage that all passes are accurate with a good ball speed. - Progressions could be that passes are made off the right foot in order to encourage constant movement even on the pass. Shooting: - Encourage that the receive either takes them into a Tomahawk shot or a forehand shot. - Progression could be that the players are encouraged to shoot off their right foot for a forehand shot and left foot for a tomahawk shot.
