
Setup: Place the red/green cones about 2m to side of goal and the blue one 6m in front. Balls can be tennis balls or hockey balls. 1) Diving to opposite corners Coach calls green or red, GK shuffles across and touches cone with kicker. Coach rolls or pushes a low ball to opposite corner of goal, GK dives to save. Easy: hit ball when GK returns to ready position. Hard: hit ball earlier. 2) Recovery for high ball Coach calls green, red or blue, GK shuffles across and touches cone with kicker. Coach throws a high ball anywhere at goal, GK uses either hand to save. Variation: Coach keeps moving in front of goal + throwing from different positions.
