
1) Bouncing ball Coach bounces balls in front of GK's left and right side alternately, GK tries to save with leg guard. Repeat x8. 2) Sliding kick GK starts with a slide out to first ball on left, sliding it away with right leg. Recover to kick a low ball to far side of goal. Coach bounces a ball to either side of GK, who saves with leg guard. Repeat x3.
