Field Hockey Drill Demonstration

Description

Ball starts with a pass out of the fence LB to LH. Cant go forwards so back to CB out to RB to RH. Can't go forwards so back to CB etc etc. When pattern of play established put in attackers to pressure the ball. Play across the pitch if necessary.
