Plays the attackers vs the defenders. As the defenders play with the ball around the back (practicing their troph), the attackers practice their press and practice shifting as a team. At first just start with moving as a team. Then progress to moving in to attack (depending on your press that you are practicing). Then attacking team can then practice how their formation changes when they one of their players commits to the ball. Does the link fall in or hold position etc?
