Two equal teams (defence against attack) in half the field (or can make the space smaller). Coach (green) has control of the fead of balls. At any stage a coach can shout "new ball"and throw it in anywhere on the field. Coach can wait for the ball to go out or for a goal to be scored for that to happen or they can do it in mid-play to keep players on their toes and quickly react to the new ball and change direction. The defending team goals (2) are on the sid eof the field to encourage them to play wide. An option would be to include a small one on the centre of the field so to avoid them getting stuck in one channel and to look for their Centre Link.
This keep intensity very high - make sure to include talk time and water break so that players can recoup so that the session is effective.
