Aim of drill is to have movement to create space in the centre. Hitter replaces LW, LW replaces CF.
Attacker 1, focus on putting the ball on the LW's stick. LW needs to focus on coming to the ball, having soft hands on the reception, and then releasing a ball towards the baseline. CF it is about creating the space with the run, the further the run, the more space created. To increase personal difficulty, think about two speeds, cruise out, hard back in.
