Blue F pass ball to Red D a 1v1 starts Red D has to score between cones A or B If Blue F gets the ball Blue F and Blue A has to score a goal in the goal box As soon as Blue F passes ball Red F runs around cones and can assist in attack or defence depending who has posession Blue A runs into area to cut off a pass back to Center Back (Game like situation) And also gets inta a counter attack position
High intensity Red D has to see the area he/she wants to attack Blue team counter attack smart when they get posession (there will be another player) If player F gets the ball he/she wants to eliminate D and try to create a 2v1 against Red F
