3 Attackers against 2 defenders. Attackers aim to score. Defenders aim to win the ball back and get the ball back to their corner. 2 defenders will then attack with one extra player coming in with a new ball. 2 new defenders from the other team will come in and defend.
Ball carrying position when attacking. Ball side height. Back post, tap ins. Defenders look to slow down the attack, pushing the attackers wide away from the middle of the pitch.
