
Works on both attacking and defending skills. Working with players that are able to tackle and have an idea of simple game play. Both the attackers (on the blue cone) and defenders (on the orange cones) have to sprint to the opposite cones and back. The attackers then collect the ball from outside the D and attack while the defenders try and get in position to defend the goal.
If it is too easy for the attackers with 2v3 then introduce another defender.
