One defender in each box second defender is allowed to track the attacker/s through the phase. First defender isn't allowed out his box. Third defender can only approach attackers on the ball once they are out the boxes. First two attackers carry the ball along baseline in the two boxes however they like then once they are out the box they have freedom on/off the ball.
