see picture 2 groups of 7= use both half turfs! 4 attackers + 3 defenders teach the OUTLET trick,t his time accent on :- receiving techniques - attracking 2 opponents GAME:- nr 1 till 4 try to score through goal A and B by doing 2V1 square (with max of 45 degrees like from free man to right/left half). - If they score through A and B, they progress to scoring on goal (4 against 2). Only 2 defenders can come into 23 m -backline. - if the 3 defenders get the ball between 23m-midline, they can score by dribbling over the midline. In 23 m line till back line the defenders can score over the side line.
Outletting TRICK: outletting is finding the 2V1 (because 4 people, 3 defenders) you always want to play the first ball in the middle from free man till full back, because you can play 2 ways, on the side line you only have 1 option. you need to run after your pass to create a 2V1 with the bal possessor. Look carefully, because most of the time you need to run BACK wards instead of forwards!!
