No sticks needed. Use a tennis ball. Players try to score by rolling the ball to a team mate in the end zone. Pass must be completed to count as a goal. Split into two teams. Netball rules (no running with the ball and no deliberate contact with other players). Players are premitted to go anywhere. Passes to be delivered below knee height, otherwise, turnover. Progression: Add a second tennis ball Swap tennis ball for larger ball Add in time limit for holding onto the ball Potential Conditions to change the game slighlty: Make end zones smaller/larger Split end zones into 2 smaller zones, one in each corner Can only use 1 had to pick up and pass the ball.
Emphasis on movement off the ball and moving the ball on quickly. Actively discourage players standing 'in goal', pretending to be goal keepers.
