There is a 1v1 on the 23m to determin which team will have possession (attacking of defending team). if defending team win the ball the player needs to shield and drop the ball back to centre back who should play the ball out to wide defender to release down the line to a midfielder who has to run out to that side from the centre area. If the attacking team win the ball they need to shield and drop the ball to supporting midfielder who has to work it wide and down the sideline to a high wide forward to attack the circle and try to score.
