Set out 3 cones in an L-shape, with approx. 5m between each cone. Player starts on the red cone. To start, the player runs to the blue cone, touching the ground, before returning tothe red cone and touching the ground. Player then runs back to the blue cone, before pivoting 90 degrees and running around the yellow cone, then running around the blue cone and back to the red cone.
As with the X-Drill, create a second set of cones, mirroring the first set, so players can practice both direction changes.
