- Live 2v1 to goal within each section - 1st attacker must start on the 25, 2nd attacker can start where ever she wants - Always check the ball with the defender first to start play - Can make this a 1v1 if not enough people
- Attack: Get outside the defender's reach and make the space bigger. Don't let the defender make it a 1v1. Attack and eliminate at speed - Defense: Make the space smaller. Put ball pressure on while staying in the line to the other attacker. But always hold the line to goal first (aka the most dangerous line)
