DESCRIPTION

Have parents sit with their child face to face about to 2 feet away from each other. Give one ball per parent & Child Parent and child roll their basketballs 10 times back and forth to each other Do this after a hard running game for the kids as it till cool them down or do it as the last game of the session. Once completed 10 ball roll passes progression would be kids has to make 5 basketball shots and score before putting the ball back in the coach's bag.

COACHING POINTS

Remind parents to roll the ball to their children with a little bit of pace and encourage the kids to roll the ball to their parents' hands as accurately as possible. If coach thinks they can do it easily coach may add a time limit of maybe 2 mins. Complete 10 sitting down ball rolls to each other Score 5 baskets kid and parent Put the ball in to the coach's bag and sit on their colour spots
