
First time through right hand then alternate. Dribble up to first cone, touch cone. Dribble backwards to baseline. Explode out towards second cone. Last cone go around and explode out to baseline.
Stay low on forward and backwards dribble. Keep guard hand out to protect, especially backwards. Concentrate on hard explosion when going from backwards to forward. Emphasize speed on the last cone and back to the baseline.
