Basketball Drill Demonstration
First time through right hand then alternate.
- Dribble up to first cone, touch cone.
- Dribble backwards to baseline.
- Explode out towards second cone.
- Last cone go around and explode out to baseline.
- Stay low on forward and backwards dribble.
- Keep guard hand out to protect, especially backwards.
- Concentrate on hard explosion when going from backwards to forward.
- Emphasize speed on the last cone and back to the baseline.
