Each team (blue, red, yellow and grey) will dribble the ball as fast as they can to the half court line. Once they reach the half court line (orange cones) they must drop the ball and full sprint to the baseline (blue cones). Once they get there they must tag there team mate and then they must sprint to the orange cones, pick up the basketball and dribble to the end line. They must then turn around and do this again until each player has done this 3 times.
