DESCRIPTION

- players start in a line at one end of gym - 1 at a time they slide diagonally to each pylon, touch it upon arrival - at each pylon player open up and pivot towards the next one then contune sliding Variations 1. add more pylons 2. time players/group to measure improvement 3. do in slow motion to build leg muscles

COACHING POINTS

- keep body on 1 level - knees bent - feet wide - on toes - quick, short steps - hands out - head up - pivot on inside fooot and open with outside foot
