1. Tackler will practice hitting opponent just above the knees as they are walking/jogging towards them.
-Tackler is not wrapping, just hitting with shoulder in "sweet spot"
2. Tackler will hit above knee with shoulder and then punch through
-Tackler should actually physically make a punch and hit hard into legs
3. Tackler will hit above knee with shoulder, punch through, and then wrap with a "circle of death." After firm wrap, hold an upright plank position.
4. Put all pieces together to follow through and execute the hit.
*Focus is on timing and where you hit to most effectively take your opponent down*
