3 teams. Attack and defense inside the D and a team switching the ball back and around.
Blue team plays the ball between eachother (skip passes and change direction). Look for an opporuntity to play the ball into the attacking team.
As soon as they play the ball in they pick up a new ball and start passing between themselves again.
When ball is dead - the teams in the D switch over and new attacking team looks to receive ball from the blue team.
Try to sort at least one team into their own orange shirts and dark+light colours if possible. We won't have enough bibs for all players!
Blue team - pre-scan. Opportunity in the turnover. Must stay aware of what is happening in the game. Try to encourage them not to just pass all the way left then right. Change direction, skip passes.
Players must keep moving in the D to try to move defenders to make space. Try to play off eachother - think ahead and connect with team mates.
Defensive team - organise quickly and communicate to hold structure.
