Coaching Points
All about organisation and shape in moments of transition.
V1 Attack - forward 5 with pivot. What are the goals. Where do we want to be positioned? How do we stretch, move and make it difficult for the defence to organise?
V1 Defence - Identify the biggest danger early - slow down the attack and organise shape. Work through the traffic lights to dictate the play and win the ball.
V2 - prepare in the queue for strategy. How to use overload
V2 - won't know how many players you have or who they will be. Will need to react and apply learning from previous versions.
