Blue station: Dribble around the cone and then pass to the next player. Jog to the back of the line.
Red station: Dribble to the red cones set up between the orange cones. Drag right and the pass to the next player on the next cone and they do the same.
White station: vision dribble to the next cone at pace and the person executes a block tackle and dribbles to the next cone.
The players are to be at each station for for 3-5 rounds.
Basic grip when dribbling and passing.
Full stick contact on the ball and correct body position.
