3 Person Warm-up: First Set: Jog (50%), Squat, Knee Hugs
Second Set: Side shuffle, Star jumps, Side Lung
Third Set: Side Shuffle 2 forward in each direction, Deep Lung, quadricep stretch
Fourth Set: Sprint, Burpee, figure 4 (Hip stretch)
Foosball-
Step 1: Divide students into two teams and have them spread out across each line holding the ends of a hockey stick. (refer to diagram)
Step 2: Explain to students this is a human version of the table game Foosball. They must stay connected to their line at all times and cannot run forward or back to kick the ball. They must move laterally as a team and try to kick the ball into the other teams goal.
Step 3: Have extra students form a wall on the side of the sport court without a fence and keep the ball in play. (If necessary) Sub students in every couple of minutes making sure to sanitize the end of the sticks each time.
