1. Start as a 1v1 - teach some elimination skills and some tackling technique. Blue player passes to red player who tries to carry through scoring cones. If blue player steals ball they enter the D to shoot.
2. Exercise starts with blue player passing to the red player. Red player aims to carry the ball over the scoring line, between cones.
Blue pair work together to steal the ball and break into the D to Score.
1. Elimination skills - drag left and right - one big movement. Dummy over ball & drag right. 3D skills. How to tackle - shadow then low stick block at the right time.
2. Left hand blue player steps forward and shepherds the red player into the tackle of the right hand blue player.
