Here the players will play a 3v3 and the trainer will throw in 3 balls in, the first in the middle the next to the right and the last to the left. The attackers must score as quickly as possible the defenders must pass the ball back to the trainer.
FOCUS: Here the attackers should try and keep out of the duel from the defenders, if they get pressure they should drive away from the defender protecting the ball with their body, as the field is so large they should be able to do this with ease.
