DESCRIPTION

1. Defender passes ball to attacker positioned slightly forward. Defender trails behind to try and tackle. Play a 1v1.

2. Repeat again to create 2v2, 3v3 and 4v4.

COACHING POINTS

1. If defender wins, passes to waiting defender in qeue who then passes to striker for next play. 

2. Cone position should give attackers a slight head start but still may it possible for defenders to tackle.
