Players will play a normal end to end game, with the hockey rules they would get in a game, The only exception is they are not allowed in the 'no entry box'. Balls can be passed through the box but players at no point are allowed to run through it. Coach should stand in the middle and if a player does enter then they have to stay in the box for 1 minute, giving their team an underload. Players get 1 point for scoring in the goal.
