DESCRIPTION

Ever player bar one nominated player has a ball and dribbles round the allotted area, the player without the ball (tackler) has to tackle as many people as they can and knock their balls out the area. If someones ball is knocked out they join the tackler. Last man standing wins, and starts the next rounds the tackler. They can only use block tackles!

- Players should be looking to effectively closed down players to make the block tackle. The sideline of the circle will help the defenders as the attackers may dribble out of the area. Starting players must be able to focus and block out all the other players except one. If they run around not composed they will never successfully win the ball. Once more players join in encourage them to use double teaming again.

1. By only having one defender it will work on their muscular endurance to have to keep block tackling one after the other. Players on the sideline should encourage the player tackling and give advice on how they could improve. Stop the time after 1 minute- they should try to target the weakest players first to get the most tackles.
