Split the group into three teams (should be no more then 5 on a team- run another pitch if there is)
Lay a line of throw downs 10 m from the side line from one quarter to another. Make sure there are lots of balls scattered around the outside of the area so players can quickly grab them. The two teams play end to end (like a normal game) and try to stop the ball on the line. If they stop the ball on the line that is equal to one goal. The team that scores then steps off the pitch. The side line team then comes on as the new attackers- they can start attacking from either end! This means the remaining team have to react to an attack from possibly either side. Play sideline balls and normal hockey rules. The game should last for 6 minutes and should be high intensity.
