Set your cones in a "V" shape about 4yds in between each cone. Set up your 2nd set of cones about 10yds away. 2 players will participate in this at a time. Player 1 will dribble the ball to the right and once reaching the top cone will pass the Player 2. Player 2 will receive then drop step staying tight to the cones. Then dribble forward to the top cone and passing to teammate. Time each set for 30 seconds with a short break then repeat. Make sure to do the same amount on each side.
