DESCRIPTION

  • Player A stands on the penalty corner mark. 
  • Player F stands on the edge of the D facing player A.
  • Then player A passes the ball to  player B 
  • Player A is only allowed to use a hit 
  • They do this until player A hits 5 accurate shots in a row 
  • Then the two players swap over and player F tries to hit 5 consecutive hit passes to player A 
  • Both players must hit twice

  • The aim of this drill is to improve accuracy when performing accuracy
