Exercise
* work on 2 sides
* rotation 1-2-3-1
* No 1 practice fake push to left. He pretends scoring on goal which No 3 stands in front of. Then fake push to No 2. See coaching points.
* if push to left is been given, No 3 can defend.
* no 2 receives ball (feet forward) and together with No 1 they try to score on the 2 goals.
*if defender gets ball, he tries to push ball as fast as he can outside= turfs side line(!!!). Then rotate
push to left with fake (standing)
Focus:
* feet sprinting position, ball at back foot
* body weight back foot, body and face like
pushing forward = deceive part!!!
* bring body weight forward, drag ball forward to goal No 3
* when ball is at normal dribbling position change your drag direction. Drag ball to your left foot and push to left
