Goal: teach 2v1 wide principle focus on goal 2V1
Exercise
* couples, 1 ball
* 2 quares with a defender.
* tell the goal of the 2V1
* couple needs to try to get through
square. If succesful then to other
side and going back.
* if defender gets ball, then person who lost ball becomes defender. The old defender goes with the other partner to next square.
* end game: 2 min time. How many times do you get through the square as a couple?
2V1 wide principle
Goal = to get passed opponent by tempting/luring him into get the ball
HOW:
- stay far away from each other (reason opponent can’t catch up with pass).
- ball receiver stays behind the ball for a square pass (reason: now he is out of the reach of the opponent + can run onto ball)
- player with ball commits opponent. No opponent then accelerate and get passed him themselves.
- If opponent commits= pass to team mate
- if ball receiver receives ball his feet are already towards goal to accelerate forward
