Warm up exercise to move the goalkeeper around the circle and practice kicking to target.
Move usual goal position back out of the way a couple of metres.
Two players start with five balls each at cones.
Weighted passes are then played into the circle - multiple at once.
Goalkeeper has to then kick all the balls into the goal at the edge of the
circle before the balls cross the back line.
Move goal to opposite side of the circle and repeat.
Passes need to be weighted to make the keeper work gradually harder and harder.
Swap the goal to the other side to vary focal point.
Further upgrade, all kicks with a particular foot, or white balls = right foot, orange balls = left foot.
