I injects ball to A who immediately attacks goal. As ball is injected D has to run round cone and then defend goal/stop A from scoring.
Once completed
I (Yellow) goes to position D (Blue).
A (Red) goes to position I (Yellow).
D (Blue) goes to position A (Red).
