A in each grid starts with a 1v1 against their defender (one at a time). If they make it in to the circle, an A on the endline can join the play (D defends until goal is scored, foul occurs, or if ball goes out of play). Goal is for A to score! Once A from grid plays out ball, they move clockwise to next grid. D moves counterclockwise.
A learns how to take 1v1 at various places around circle, how to get open for each other, and D learns how to defend at different areas of circle. Focuses: D approach and correct channeling, A tracking and individual skills.
